Studio is for channel owners, curriculum creators, and publishing staff.

Sign in as a creator Open

Open Studio Login with the creator account connected to the channel or curriculum you manage. If you created the account from an invitation, use the invited email.

Sign out of Studio Open

Use Sign Out when you are finished editing creator content or commerce settings. Signing out does not publish drafts, remove access, or change channel setup.

Open the correct channel Open

If you manage more than one channel, confirm the channel before changing lessons, catalogs, pricing, access, or publishing settings.

Manage studio account access Open

Use Studio Accounts to add, review, update, or remove creator identity and linked user access. Remove access when a person should no longer help manage the channel.

Build and maintain content

Keep the content hierarchy clean so learners and future assistant answers can point to the right source.

Manage channels Open

Use Channels for the top-level learning brand or publisher. Channel settings affect how curricula are grouped and discovered.

Create, edit, or delete a channel Open

Use channel setup to create a channel, check name availability, update channel details, or delete a channel that should not remain available. Confirm content and commerce dependencies before deleting.

Create and organize curricula Open

Use Curricula to define major learning systems. Keep names stable, because Education and Help references depend on clear curriculum names.

Create and order catalogs Open

Use Catalogs to group lessons into a learnable path. Move catalogs or lessons only after checking how learners will find them.

Create and edit lessons Open

Build lessons with clear names, ordered clips, and supporting material. Preview before publishing so learners see complete instructions.

Maintain clips and slices Open

Use clip and slice tools to organize video learning segments. Keep labels descriptive enough for search and assistant extraction.

Manage channel clip records Open

Use channel clip tools to upload, open, update, or remove reusable clips for the channel. Confirm the clip is not needed by published lessons, intros, exams, or homework before removing it.

Create homework questions Open

Attach homework to the relevant lesson so learners can complete tests or review questions in Education.

Delete content records carefully Open

Delete curricula, catalogs, lessons, lesson clips, homework questions, or lesson tips only when they should no longer be available. Check published access and learner impact before removing content.

Move catalogs, lessons, and clips Open

Use move controls when catalog, lesson, or clip order is wrong. Confirm the target curriculum, catalog, lesson, and mode before moving so published learning paths stay coherent.

Manage channel media assets Open

Use Media Assets to upload, update, open, or remove source media for a channel. Verify the file belongs to the channel before attaching it to clips, intros, exams, or homework.

Publish, review, and grant access

Use these actions when content is ready for learners or academy audiences.

Submit for review Open

Submit content for review when the lesson or curriculum is ready to be checked before release. Resolve review feedback before publishing.

Publish content Open

Publish only after the lesson is complete, assigned to the correct catalog, and available to the intended audience.

Manage moderators Open

Use moderator tools to control who can help maintain channel content or community areas.

Grant or revoke academy access Open

Use Academy Access to grant a curriculum to an academy or revoke it when the academy should no longer see that content.

Manage access grant records Open

Use Access Grants when a channel needs a direct review of granted access records. Create, update, or remove a grant only after confirming the academy, channel, curriculum, and intended learner audience.

Review academy activity state Open

Use academy activity views to understand how granted curricula are being used by academy learners.

Repair a curriculum forum Open

Use Repair Forum only when a curriculum forum connection is missing or broken. Run it for the specific curriculum that needs repair, then verify the forum link before publishing.

Commerce, pricing, and payouts

Use these workflows when learning content is sold or billed.

Set commerce billing profile Open

Use Billing Profile before selling paid learning content. Confirm the legal and payment details belong to the channel owner.

Complete billing readiness Open

Use billing readiness acknowledgements and onboarding prompts when Studio asks for missing commerce setup before payouts, pricing, or collection can work.

Use Payouts to connect the account that receives creator revenue. Complete onboarding before relying on paid sales.

Set billing method Open

Use Billing Method when Studio requires a payment method for channel or media costs.

Set pricing Open

Use Pricing to preview and update learner-facing prices. Review the preview before saving.

Collect amount due Open

Use Collect Amount Due only when the channel has an outstanding balance that should be charged through the configured billing method.

Review billing statements Open

Use Billing Statements to filter, open statement detail, retry collection when available, or open a support case for a statement that needs review.

Open and reply to billing issues Open

Use Billing Issues to open a case from a statement, view all cases, and reply with safe details. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or private learner records.

Review payer region Open

Use Payer Region Review to apply a verified country or clear an override when commerce country settings need correction.

Creator accounts and organization identity

Use these workflows when a creator account, organization profile, or approval record needs setup.

Use Official Organization to create or edit organization profiles, curriculum ownership details, and next-step setup links for the publishing organization.

Use Affiliation Profiles to submit creator or organization credentials for review. Upload required documents, save edits, and submit for review only when the profile is ready.

Use Inbox to review creator messages or operational notices related to Studio work.

Use Reports and Accomplishments to understand creator activity, publishing work, and completed milestones.

Upload affiliation documents Open

Use Affiliation Profile documents to attach proof needed for review. Upload only relevant files, then submit the profile after the organization and credential details are complete.

Use Accomplishments to review creator milestones and publishing progress that are separate from commerce statements or operational inbox messages.

Advanced authoring tools

These actions refine lesson structure after the basic channel, curriculum, catalog, and lesson records exist.

Create and assign curriculum modes Open

Use Curriculum Modes to create, edit, manage, bulk update, and assign modes that change how lesson paths are presented to learners.

Create lesson tips Open

Use Lesson Tips for smaller supporting notes that help learners understand or practice the lesson.

Create catalog intros Open

Use Catalog Intros to add introductory material before the learner enters the catalog sequence. Edit or show the intro to verify it is still accurate.

Create catalog exams Open

Use Catalog Exams when a catalog needs exam-style checks. Confirm the exam belongs to the right catalog before saving.

Create, rename, move, replace, or delete catalog clips Open

Use Catalog Clips for intro and exam clips. Move clips only when the order is wrong, replace video when the media changed, and delete only when the clip should no longer be available.

Promote or remove lesson clip revisions Open

Use Lesson Clip Revisions to promote a revision when it should become the active learner-facing clip, or destroy a revision that should not remain available.

Review homework submissions Open

Use Homework Submissions to view, update, or remove learner homework records when creator review or correction is needed.

Open homework question assets Open

Use Homework Question Assets to inspect supporting media or files attached to homework questions.

Assign or remove lesson modes Open

Use Mode Assignments on a lesson to attach curriculum modes or remove a mode that should no longer appear. Check clips and homework before removing a mode from a lesson.

Use catalog intro, exam, and catalog clip tools to create, rename, replace, move, or delete media that appears before or after a lesson path.

Publish, discard, or retire homework media Open

Use homework clip controls to publish a prepared homework draft, discard a draft that should not ship, or retire homework that should no longer be learner-facing.

Move lesson clips between modes Open

Use lesson clip move controls to reorder clips or move a clip into the correct mode tab. Confirm the target lesson and mode before saving the move.

Replace lesson clip media Open

Use Replace on a lesson clip when the lesson should keep its place and metadata but the video file needs to change. Preview the replacement before learners rely on it.
